Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Elevate Wrk collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and we collect as little as we can.

Who we are

Elevate Wrk is the trading name of Issayah Maxwell-Kjestrup, a sole trader based in Queensland, Australia (ABN 12 923 400 781). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Elevate Wrk. You can contact us about privacy at any time at issayah@itselevateai.com.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Some small businesses are exempt from the Act, but we follow the APPs whether or not that exemption applies to us.

What we collect

When you request a call

The booking form asks for your name, an email address or phone number, and your preferred day and time. You can also give your business name, the services you're interested in and a short message. We record that you agreed to this policy when you sent the form.

When you email us

We receive whatever you include in your email, such as your name, email address and the details of your enquiry.

When you visit the site

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

"Try your name on"

The brand sketch on our home page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is saved or sent to us. If you then open the booking form, the name you typed is copied into the form for convenience, and is only sent if you choose to submit the form.

How we use it

We won't send you marketing emails or messages unless you've agreed to receive them. If you do agree, every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety where the law allows.

Information sent overseas

Netlify and Google may store or process information in the United States and other countries. We choose established providers that publish security and privacy commitments, and we take reasonable steps under APP 8 so that your information is handled in a way that is consistent with the APPs.

How we protect it

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions go straight to our hosting provider's form service, access to submissions is limited to us, and the site sends security headers that restrict what it can load and where it can be shown. The form uses spam filtering instead of tracking scripts.

No system is completely secure, but if we become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and take the steps the Privacy Act 1988 requires, including under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme where it applies to us.

How long we keep it

If a call request doesn't lead to work together, we delete it within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example five years for tax records. Hosting logs are kept by our provider for a limited period under its own policies.

Your choices and rights

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your personal information, please email issayah@itselevateai.com and tell us what happened. We'll look into it and reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and isn't directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if the way we handle personal information changes, and change the date at the top. The current version always applies.
