Accessibility
Last updated 27 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology or who prefer less motion.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Less motion on request. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off its scroll-locked sections, smooth scrolling and animated illustrations, and shows the content plainly.
- Keyboard access. Links, buttons and the booking form can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline, and there's a link to skip straight to the content.
- Readable text. We check text colours for contrast and use real text rather than images of text.
- Clear forms. Every form field has a label, and errors are described in words, not by colour alone.
- Decorative animations stay quiet. The animated example project at the top of the home page is decorative, so it's hidden from screen readers. The same information is in plain text further down the page.
Known limitations
The animated example project is designed to be watched, and can't be paused other than by stopping scrolling or turning on reduced motion. The services, process and booking information it illustrates is all available as text.
